Taylor's Return Policy

No Hassle Return Policy. If you don't like it or want it, we'll take it back, no questions asked!

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the unused item or items within ninety (90) days of purchase for a refund. Sale and Clearance merchandise may be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase.

Refunds are available when the original invoice accompanies the return of items with their original packaging and in a new, unused condition. Should you wish to return an item, please follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed with your order and return via UPS Ground or insured parcel post. Shipping and handling and return postage charges will be refunded only if the return is a result of our error.

  1. Send us an email at this address: taylorusa@lifetimebrands.com
  2. Copy the following as the Subject Line: “Damaged in Shipping: Order# TAY123456” … Please use the Order # located on your packing slip
  3. Determine the number of items that are damaged and follow the appropriate steps outlined here:
    • 1 or 2 damaged items - Include the item number, item description and damaged quantity in the body of the email. If we need any additional information we will reach out to you directly via email.
    • 3 or more damaged items - Include the item number, item description and damaged quantity in the body of the email. Additionally we will require that you attach a group photo that shows all of the damaged items together. Only upon receipt of the photo will we review the information and contact you via email with any further actions or the proposed solution.

Please allow 4-6 weeks to process your return.

Exchanges

Exchanges cannot be processed either online or by mail. Please return the merchandise for credit and place a new order. If you need assistance, click here for Consumer Services.
