Warranty Information

Taylor® products are backed by a limited warranty, the details of which may vary by product. 
For non-food service thermometers, kitchen scales, and weather items: In general, Taylor extends a 1 year limited warranty to cover defects in material or workmanship under normal household use and exclude damage caused by misuse, abuse, commercial use, or unauthorized repair. Batteries are not covered under warranty.
For bath scales: In general, Taylor extends a 5 year limited warranty to cover defects in material or workmanship under normal household use and exclude damage caused by misuse, abuse, commercial use, or unauthorized repair. Batteries are not covered under warranty.
For any product specific differences to our general warranty please refer to the packaging or in the product manual included with your product to see if there are additional warranty details.
If your product requires troubleshooting, service, or warranty assistance, do not return it to the retailer. Please contact Taylor Consumer Services for support and return authorization:

Returns

If the item was purchased from a retailer, please refer to that retailer’s website or store return policy for instructions on returning or exchanging your product.  
If an item(s) is received damaged or defective, please visit the following link to submit your request for replacements: replacements.lifetimebrands.com/taylorusa.

Copy the following as the Subject Line: “Damaged in Shipping: Order# TAY123456” … Please use the Order # located on your packing slip
Determine the number of items that are damaged and follow the appropriate steps outlined here:
1 or 2 damaged items - Include the item number, item description and damaged quantity in the body of the email. If we need any additional information we will reach out to you directly via email.
3 or more damaged items - Include the item number, item description and damaged quantity in the body of the email. Additionally we will require that you attach a group photo that shows all of the damaged items together. Only upon receipt of the photo will we review the information and contact you via email with any further actions or the proposed solution.
Please allow 4-6 weeks to process your return.
