"I bought a couple of model l 9841 N internal thermometers from your company. i was looking to send a complaint but i couldn't find a way to do it. so i bought a few indoor wall thermometers, but i want to complain about the black tube on the internal thermometer serial number above. it slides off and never stays on. on several occasions i got jabbed from the point. running around a busy kitchen. i found my original taylor thermometer a light blue tuble form i bought from the culinary Institute of America in 1981 where i attended and it fit snug on the 9841 n digitali i need 4 black or any color cylinders that fit properly thank you gus cholakis"
