"Love the look and quality. Only 2 negative things 1) voice volume is VERY low. My husband who is blind and has a hearing deficit has to have me read the weight because he can't hear the voice. 2) you are supposed to just tap the scale to activate but you actually have to step on then step off then step on again. I had started the process to send it back as I had to purchase a different one that is louder but then decided to keep it as a spare."
