"I’ve used the Taylor for 8-9 cooks. It’s seems to maybe read a couple degrees high. It is consistent though, and I just want something to let me know when I need to pay more attention during a long cook. I’ve used a meater, temp spike, and temp pro. The signal on the Taylor is the only one that makes through fuel oil tank smoker."
"The only problem I have is that when I finish cooking I recharge the unit (probe included). If I wait more than a couple of days to use it again. It has no charge and I have to recharge it. Other than that it works great and I really like the results or I'd toss it. Thanks,"
