Garlic Steak Bites

Ingredient List:

1lb sirloin steak, cubed
1 red bell pepper, sliced
4 cloves garlic, grated
¼ cup butter
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Step by Step Directions:

  1. Preheat your griddle to 400°F and melt ⅛ cup of butter on the surface.
  2. Add your cubed sirloin and red pepper, then season with Worcestershire and SPG seasoning.
  3. Let cook for 5-7 minutes, then add the remaining butter and grated garlic.
  4. Cook for 3-4 minutes more, then serve on top of mashed potatoes with fresh parsley on top.
