"I received this thermometer and it was damaged by the deliverer, I called Taylor on a Tuesday to report the damage and was told to just send photos of the damage and I did not have to return the product. I sent the photos on Tuesday and the new thermometer arrived on Thursday. I was amazed and pleased and their customer service is outstanding, especially Lisa the lady I worked with."
