"To whom it may concern, the scale is fine so far, i called and was told the scale couldn’t be reset, then i submitted some information and a picture of numbers from the bottom of the scale, then i received an email with a link to pick a new one, because Taylor no longer made the model i have, in the link the scale I chose i would have to pay for it, i was told as long as i chose a new scale from the link that i wouldn’t have to pay for it….well, I ended up paying for it, can you please reimburse me $38.58, after i was told i didn’t have to pay for a new scale, from the link in the email, thank you."
