All Taylor products made in China!

"Originally I was just looking to replace the Taylor thermometer I had purchased back in the 70s. It remained accurate and dependable until I lost it a few years ago. I went to replace it and ended up buying two thermometers simply because the price was so low. I suppose that was because they were made in China. So the verdict is still out on whether or not these China versions will be as reliable and dependable as the one I originally purchased. To be honest, if I had known beforehand they were made in China, I likely would not have purchased them. It’s not just because I don’t trust the quality, but with all that is going on in that country and their assault on humanity, it wouldn’t have seemed right to be supportive of such a insolent and repressive regime and contribute to their increasing political and economic influence on the world stage."
