"I love this timer because: no batteries required, no buttons to push and fail at some point and it didn't come with a user manual in 10 languages! Best of all it has a clockwork mechanism that is solid, ticks down the time and had a brief "ding" to signal time up."
"I searched for made in USA kitchen timer. Taylor products was the first site to appear. Other Taylor products might be made in USA, but my kitchen timer and the oven thermometer are made in China. The little sticker on the back tells me so."
