El termómetro para carne sin enjuague PRO está diseñado para ser resistente y preciso a la vez. Diseñado para ser apto para horno con una lente de vidrio templado de seguridad, este termómetro está diseñado para dejarse en el horno mientras se cocina la comida y registra el aumento gradual de la temperatura durante períodos prolongados. Un dial extragrande de 3" presenta gráficos de alto contraste con referencias de temperatura del USDA impresas en el dial. La pista numérica está impresa en el bisel para una visibilidad óptima.

Nice size dial and quick

"Nice size dial and quick responding. Have only used in the oven, but plan on grill usage too- I hope it holds up to the heat for leave-in application! Incidentally, I haven't used it in the oven itself either, but expect I will. While waiting for my free-delivery of the order for the "Pro", etc., I locally purchased a smaller Taylor dial leave-in thermometer with a flat section on outside circumference- so it won't roll away when placing it on the counter- that one was used in the oven for the duration of a baking session and came out 'fogged-up' and is still that way. (Don't know if grease, but something penetrated the dial seal). I hope when I go to use the "Pro" thermometer in the oven/grill that it will not fog-up."
